I purchased this for my son who is an athlete ( hockey) . We both were surprised how delicious it was . Does not have a salty taste like most hydration drinks. It is a tasty smooth drink. I will definitely be purchasing more!

Grandson's new favorite

I bought this for my 14 year old grandson who is a distance runner.
