I had been using another "clean" floss brand and once I switched to Koppen I noticed a visible difference - it feels like it's actually getting deep in there, cleaning between my teeth and gums, whereas the other brand was sort of loose feeling between my teeth. I love the beautiful little stainless steel case it comes in too.
