AMBILUX

Ambilux is one of my favourite perfumes (I think I can confidently say that Marlou is my favourite perfume house); it’s not suitable for a full size blind buy but if this is your type of fragrance you’ll love it. But online shopping is never just about the product, it’s about the retailer too, and Brooke and Sainte Cellier is the best place to buy niche fragrances from in the UK. It’s impossible to keep on top of every new niche house and fragrance, but Brooke’s curated selection is fantastic and never strays into the common or cliched. And the samples that come with full size purchases allow exploration too. Okay, so that’s the products and the curation - but then there’s the shipping. Despite the vagaries of Royal Mail, wonderful boxes arrive with items fabulously packaged and every time a handwritten note (I am so envious of her handwriting). Buying perfume from Brooke feels special from start to end.

All three bottles broke (the spray mechanism), just all very cheap and badly presented. Wont be buying again
