Passt kaum auf Huggies

An sich sind die ZigZag Charms sehr schön, allerdings lassen sie sich teilweise nicht bzw. nur mit Gewalt auf die Chain Huggies auffädeln. Einer der beiden hat gepasst der andere nicht. Ich habe Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufgenommen und man hat mir geschrieben ich solle ihn umtauschen. Das habe ich getan und leider wieder einen bekommen der nicht gut passt. Er lässt sich mit viel Geduld und etwas Gewalt auffädeln, baumelt dann aber nicht locker wie der andere sondern steht eher starr weg. Ich möchte ihn ungern schon wieder umtauschen, zumal ich nicht weiß ob ich dann einen passenderen bekomme. Schade, ist ja auch nicht billig
