Very well packaged, high quality materials. I wish the grill grate was removable for easy cleaning, but not a deal breaker. The metal expanded when hot, making the coal rack not the easiest to move up and down. Not necessarily for this product, but the grill mat melted with the coals lit above it. I don’t know why you would design a mat that isn’t meant to be used when the grill is in use (?). They sent a replacement mat but I honestly don’t know what I’ll use it for. The grill is good, not great.
