Utterly satisfied

I had purchased a different boot but it was way too tight even though it was my normal size. I made a simple phone call and a different size was suggested. Unfortunately, the boot I selected wasn’t available in the newly suggest size so they allowed me to search for a different one, which I did. I was given a return order for the one that fit way too tight and boxed up those boots and sent them back. Their customer service lady was the absolute best with nothing but a desire to help customers. A couple of weeks later I received the replacement boots and not only were they a very similar Python boot but the replacement fit like a glove. Out of the other Vaccarri boots I own, this replacement is the best of all my other boots. And I can’t that the customer service representative enough.

The boot is a great looking boot and they are pretty comfortable, they do run a little big so you might want to size down.
