K9 Cruiser

Ordered this canine Cruiser never got an update on when it was going to be shipped until it shipped way too late. I tried calling the company to get any updates and never got a call back, I tried emailing the company and never got an email response. I got tired of waiting so I called my American Express card and requested a stop payment and bought a Ruff Liners seat extender instead, I received the Ruff Liner product the very next day I ordered it. 2 weeks later I received the canine Cruiser in an open damaged box with only the main product and no accessories. I tried calling the company and still no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I'm not even going to try using their product.

On the company website, they say that all orders are handled in 1 to 2 days and shipped priority mail. my package was handled 10 days after purchase. It arrived now one week after I had already left on my trip with my dog. I reached out to the company multiple times had never heard from them. They never returned my calls or my emails. Absolute horrible customer service and follow through. I will be returning the car cover immediately upon my arrival back at home.

Not as versatile for my back seat as expected. Dont like that the mesh middle only has a zipper on one side. It needs more straps the secure it in more places and could use more of a guide on where they expect each piece to connect to.
