Perfect sleep package

I started with the magnesium geeks first and was due to reorder. As sleep is a main problem for me I decided on the package deal and I’m so glad I did. 2 weeks in and I’m already falling asleep much quicker and staying asleep longer. So easy to order I’m a definite dedicated geek now.

Still early days so.not sure whether there working but did find out my husband who i brought the bundle for could nit take the Ashwagno do to it clashing with his medication. Best to consult a g.p befor buying if on medications.
