Glow Up Bundle

Not been taking them long enough to notice a difference yet but delivery was quick & simple ordering. I don't like the collagen mixed in hot drinks, i feel it gives it a creamy texture like doesn't appeal to me. It mixes well with shakes so i now take it like that.

Hi son ordered glow up bundle and collagen first time around and iron plus with creatine second order. Both orders super speedy and great packaging. However after starting creatine had gout flare up which is caused by the way creatine raises uric acid. Maybe some advice about that would have been helpful
