This is our first month. Everything was as advertised. We had a shipment issue but Monday was great they delivered a replacement bike next day. This is a well designed bike w multiple modes of riding. It has a unique design. Resembling a contemporary motorcycle. Batteries removable is great. And it has lights :) My only request would be a speed governor I can manage ..

Loving the bike

I ordered the bike on Saturday for Labor Day weekend, and it was ready for delivery to my house the following Wednesday. I ordered using Paypal and didn't realize the bike was on its way so quickly, so it took a few extra days to coordinate with the shipping company. A separate email with shipping info would have been helpful. Assembly is pretty straight forward, and the videos provided via the QR code attached to the bike were helpful. It would be nice to have links to those videos on the Monday Motorbike web site. One part that isn't exactly clear is how to remove the battery cover to see the switch on the battery and the charging port, and it took me a bit to figure out how to unlock the battery and slide it off the bike. Speaking of charging port, it seemed a little odd that there was no way to hook up the charger to the battery while it's mounted on the bike without removing the cover. Just a little cut-out on the cover would make the charging port accessible. There's a guy on YouTube that showed how to put foot pegs on the rear axle of the bike, but his bike didn't have a cable running through the end of the axle like my version of the bike does, which prevents me from putting foot pegs on the axle. I found some clamp-on foot pegs that worked OK, but weren't quite as nice as foot pegs that could otherwise be bolted to the frame or rear axle. Some pre-drilled holes -- similar to those found on bike frames for adding racks and fenders -- would be a nice added detail for the bike. The seat definitely fits two riders, but the person in the back isn't comfortable without a place to put their feet. Pretty much every time I go out on the bike, people stop to ask about it. It's fast and fun, and definitely a head-turner.
