Ampflication is very good, fit is nice. Pity there is no filtering, device amplifies all sounds which is sometimes overwelming

I’m getting some value from the hearing aid but I struggle with too much amplification from background noise like traffic or shopping centres or people in cafes. Also the rubber fitting cap isn’t great as it often squeals & squeeks. So better background filtering & silicon fitting shape would be what I need.

Constant fuzzy adjusted volume, but still not clear does not throw out the background noise. It seems to pick up all the high-pitched noises over any other.
