A Pitiful Product; Even Worse Customer Service

I bought the computer app based on what the ads stated about its capabilities. I then found out you have to pay for a subscription to get it to work the way it was advertised. I caved in and signed up for the subscription and it STILL doesn’t work the way it is advertised. I have emailed three times (because no customer service number is given) to request a refund and have gotten absolutely NO response. Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful!

The "ease" of setup that was advertised was exaggerated. The video tutorials were to general and failed to focus on a result. For example the training video would say "if you do this, tbit you can try this or go back to this...". Not helpful. The sync only works when I login to my desktop and push the sync to my remarkable. This was a waste of $50.

Maybe it's just how I use my Remarkable, but this is just a document that is put together and placed in a folder. It requires a lot of effort just to see what is going on that day. I can pull up my phone and check more quickly, and interact with it. Not really usable until Remarkable makes a native app that allows you to interact with the calendar. I would have asked for my money back, but they don't give refunds on digital products.
