Top notch service
Stem is excellent as always from hope. But the service from 20twenty was above and beyond. I didn't live too far from them, so they just popped round and hand delivered it

Hope Gravity Stem
product was superb. when i installed it on my bike, it looked so nice. In summary, it's a wow product. Service was also great. It was an overseas delivery but very timely where status updates were given regularly. Highly recommended.
