Bad customer service bad timing on shipment. Open GRL greens 2.0.

The products I received I guess we’re OK. It took a whole month for me to get them. I had to call and request a refund because I had not received my order the day after I requested a refund the order shipped out upon getting my order the GRL greens 2.0 container is open. Everything else was sealed, but the one product was opened. I wasn’t aware of the way they customer service works, and I’ve been able to reach anyone not knowing about the refund status. I probably won’t ever order with them again although I’ve been told that the products work but because I had such a problem getting my productwhen I was told on the app 2 to 3 business days, I would like a replacement jar of the GRL greens 2.0 because this open GRL greens 2.0 I cannot use. I wish someone could assist me with this being that you. I don’t have a no refund policy. I guess no exchanges as well. I don’t know we like pictures of the jar when I received it there’s product waste out of the bottle around the top and it’s open. That’s my review.
