Good little tree with excellent qualities

I was very glad to receive the Gem avocado tree since I appreciate it can be kept compact, is self-fertile and can handle some cold. The tree arrived healthy and few feet tall and has done fine even though we have had a few frosts during which I covered it. I planted in ground.
