Original remote stopped working after less than a dozen rounds and would not reset. Warranty Claim was honored without question and shipped promptly. I am pleased with the response.

My remote suddenly stopped charging on me, even after I performed the suggested reset. I reached out to Customer Service, sent them a video of the issue. Even though my remote was out of warranty they sent me a new one as a sign of good will! Just outstanding customer service and I couldn't be more happy with it. Thank you very much.
