Delivery is extremely slow - website states “We pack each kit by hand when your order arrives so please allow 5 days for delivery.” I’ve waited 9 working days for delivery with no apology whatsoever. Customer services is well below par. Won’t purchase from this company again as I’m tired of chasing orders
