Great steel. I made 2 knives and a sword from the steel so far and I can’t complain about the steel one bit. This is the perfect steel for a beginner because you can’t mess up with it (well maybe you can)

Excellent steel. I’ve made 2 knives and 3 swords out of the steel I’ve purchased and I can’t complain. The heat treats came out with no warping. I haven’t tested my weapons much but they aren’t brittle or anything poor. FYI you will get a 36in piece and a 24in piece not the full 5 foot bar
