The boots are as beautiful as shown. They are also very comfortable. I am in love. I also have to point out that the customer service is excellent. They proactively reached out to me to let me know that these boots run smaller, so they recommended I change the size. Then i also asked them to change the color. They accomodated my request. It is so good to be dealing with a competent customer service team.
