Great Program

Initially thought the price was expensive, however, now I’m 5 weeks into the first program I’ve realised how good value for money this is. This is the first time I’ve seen significant progress in my fitness and strength that is also directly applicable to my work in the military. Highly recommend to anyone.

The programs are both fun and challenging to do, makes me wanna push and improve myself so much through all three phases.
