I bought this item 4 of them along with 6 of the black original. Once they are very, very much a saddening disappointment. They do not hold a strong enough magnetic grip. They also do not charge fast like they are supposed to be fast chargers, therefore needing A. Fast charger 3.0 or more And still hours later. My phone is 30% charged. It's ridiculous when I have a brand new phone. And my husband's phone reacts the same way. I have a simple S23+ Android, So so disappointed after wanting it for so long since it came out. Finally to get to only try it out and is what we get. I will never recommend this product. And I hope everybody sees this message. And does not skip over it. Make sure you pay attention. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY💰

I was tempted by this charger by the strength of the cable, and the magnetic connection - I’m fed up of having to buy new I-phone chargers because they break where they bend. All went well for a few days, but the lighting from the cable was very distracting in my bedroom, where I usually have my phone on charge overnight. After about a week, it didn’t seem to be connecting to charge at all. Will probably return for a refund if this is possible. Rather disappointed, I’m afraid.

The magnets are not very strong at all, so the tiniest movement causes the cable to disconnect from the magnet. This is obviously an issue as constantly disconnecting and reconnecting can damage a product's battery. For this reason I am reluctant to use the cable as I do not want to ruin the battery in my phone or iPad, or ruin the devices. I am disappointed as this would have been ideal for charging my devices.

I feel like I’m the victim of a deceptive business practice called bait and switch. I responded to an unsolicited ad that states “Buy one, get one free” but that option never materialized during the ordering process. I immediately contacted them and they state that I have to buy two to get one free but that’s not what their ad promoted. To date I haven’t received any of the free cables. If this isn’t resolved soon I will report this fraudulent activity to Mastercard. Can you help me to get them to do the right thing?
