Product good, shipping and discount communication bad

The product is fun to use. My son plays with it frequently, enjoying all the features. The shipping experience, however, was not satisfactory. I got a single tracking communication, referring to getting held up in customs, with no updates, or reasurrance along the way that everything was OK. It arrived 2-3 weeks after it was estimated to arrive. The company did not prepare me for this, and didn't communicate about this. Because of this lack of preparation and communication, I was very concerned that I had been scammed. Also, the way that the coupons function on the website was very hard to figure out. I was trying to use a couple of the offers or discounts, but they didn't seem to be compatible with each other. This was extremely difficult to figure out, given the urgent nature of one of the deals expiring. This also made me suspicious that the whole company was scamming me.

Amazing level of detail

I always wanted Maul's lightsaber since i saw EPI, it was so cool and surprising to see his lightsaber light up on both side's he is my favorite Sith. The saber is of high quality and the level of detail is amazing! I got the Neopixel and i feel like i'm in the movies I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!
