I like the shoes, I just need to exchange the size. I recently ordered a size 9.5. How do I probably do an exchange for a size 9?

Too Spacy and Way too Big & Heavy

1.5 size bigger than should be... too long in back makes feet look way bigger... cushiony but heavier than my other Javi's... was watching this for a while but quite disappointed...
