I love it! It was for a replacement that was under warranty. No hassle, professional, great customer service. Within a week I had my replacement. I have other items by SH. LOVE them all!!!

Looks great and works perfectly. Love that I don’t need to touch it with greasy/dirty hands, no more messy cleanup of the soap dispenser.

Only lasted 2 years (2 weeks past warranty)

This was a replacement for a 14oz sensor pump that came as a set of two in a caddy. Unfortunately I had to buy another caddy in orderk to replace the one pump. Very disappointed that it only lasted two years. I have a number of these sensor pumps in my house all purchased around the same time. Will not be replacing any of them if another one breaks soon
