This product is a cool concept if you are just starting out on your sourdough journey but needed. I don’t waste money you don’t need to like I did.

Have not been helpful or answered emails on how to info. I bought for my granddaughter that is having gluten issues and she can get no help

Such a fun concept. The start switch is very sensitive so I found myself accidentally starting a new feeding halfway through the original feeding. That was frustrating considering that I lost a true full cycle of the feeding. Just be careful when moving it around. When you start a new feeding it seems to take a while for that feeding to show up on the website. While not a big deal, I do like being able to put in my feeding ratio information and other notes right away as opposed to having to come back later. I’m not sure how accurate the rise level is, but it’s close enough and extremely helpful to know when your starter is ripe, dialing in your feeding schedule, feeding ratio, and when to start your levain to bake bread. The mobile version of the site doesn’t seem to scale all that well on my iPhone 15 Pro. It would be cool to have a way to shorten the x axis (i.e. limit to 6hrs) so the graph is not so flat with long feeding data. Awesome work!
