Great quality and customer service.
We have cushions with a usual shape. Kevin in customer service proactively reached out to confirm what we wanted before manufacturing. The service is really engaged all around.
The quality of the inserts we bought is much nicer than the original inserts that came with our outdoor lounge set (Pottery Barn). We replaced the original inserts from PB after a few years of use and couldn’t be happier.
