Little Brother

To be honest, I have not started using this pan yet. However, I have recently purchased its big brother - twice - and have no doubt that its impact will be just as big. It has been a joy to cook with, so much so, I seem to be using it more and more as it seems to cook soothly, whatever I cook.

many plus points

The big pluses are that the pan does not have any ghastly chemical coatings, it heats up quickly, the lid fits perfectly, it can go into the dishwasher and it is mainly non-stick. The negative is that certain foods (e/g mushrooms) when fried, fill up the little depressions of the pan with bits that burn on and can only be removed with repeated deep cleaning - baking soda & vinegar.

Simply The Best

Absolutely delighted with this Pan. As a consequence, I will be slowly converting to titanium as I no longer wish to cook on nonstick pans as it always deteriorates Seems very good quality. Nothing sticks and I no longer have worry about using special utensils. Anything goes. It’s easy to maintain via the dishwasher. Hope to buy more when there are offers 🙏
