The Redecker vegetable brush is very handy and has both firm and soft bristles to suit the fruit or vegetables you need to clean.

Bristles don't stay straight

It looks good but after scrubbing potatoes with it the bristles were bent and don't spring back making it ineffective at scrubbing. Disappointing.

Effective cleaning of vegetables

This has saved me so much time in preparing to cook all those knobbly Jerusalem artichokes I grew in the garden.
