While the candle smells good I received my item completely shattered. I reached out to the company immediately with pictures showing the state of the box, which was in perfect condition, and the inside of the shattered candles. After 4 days I received no response so I sent another email. It has now been a week since I received my package and sent the first email and still no response. While the candles did smell good the customer service is enough for me to not purchase again.
