I think the controller is great it don't light up like I thought it was but overall it's a good functioning controller

I'll be honest. I want to so desperately love this controller. It feels good in the hand, the artwork and lighting is absolutely beautiful, the controls are smooth and responsive, the audio controls and back buttons are easy to program/use, and the wire is the perfect length to comfortably game from my bed despite said bed being high off the ground and the console being on the opposite end of the room. However, it has a major flaw that I just can't overlook. I don't know why it could possibly be an issue, but my mic; a Turtle Beach Recon 70; just does not work with this controller. I've been in both Xbox Parties and Discord calls through Xbox, and almost everyone in those chats have complained that I am too quiet. And it clearly wasn't the headset; as they also said that the problem was fixed when I swapped back to the wireless controller I had been using prior. Same Day Edit: Just found out my mic now seems to straight up no longer work AT ALL while plugged into this controller.
