Aesthetically pleasing and useful
I love the Thought Challenging Worksheets! As a therapist, I am teaching these ideas all the time anyway - but typically I would write them out on a whiteboard. Now, I have these beautiful handouts and I had them professionally printed and bought some matching picture frames to hang the most used concepts on the wall - so teaching becomes easier and also they are a persistent and beautiful reminder of ways that we can all make changes in our thought patterns. I am so pleased with them!
