Love the bike! Rear hub axle interface with frame is a weak point and needs improvement. Still very good value.

The process of getting the Utah resident voucher to use towards a Magnum e-bike was a breeze. The Manager, Alex, of the Park City Magnum store was instrumental in preparing and setting up the new Payload bike for me. We rode the bus into town, met up with Alex at the Magnum store, got a full briefing on how the bike operates, and then happily rode home. The Payload is a sweet ride with so much potential for running errands, lugging stuff, and just plain having a ball. Thanks Magnum and Utah Clean Air. Ride on!
