Bad fit + terrible customer service

Really disappointed with the Capri leggings. The fit is completely off — they’re meant to sit below the knee, but on me they land right on the knee, which makes them unwearable for their intended length. Returning isn’t realistic either: it’s an international return, so the cost and hassle make it not worth it, and there’s no clear process. To top it off, I emailed customer service over 10 days ago and still haven’t had a single reply. I wanted to love these, but between the poor fit, the impossible returns, and the silence from support, I can’t recommend them

Love my Isla Capris

After wearing the Aspen leggings for six months, I had to try their Isla capris. I wasn’t sure if they would fit similarly, but they do, and I’m very happy. I’m a typical size 4, and the smalls fit perfectly. My only complaint is that I had to wait for my size to become available in black.
