Can hardly see color

Doesn’t have much pigment and doesn’t even show on my eyelids … way overpriced . Could have gone to Target and got something for under $10 with more impact

Eyeliner

1st application was okay. After that was completely dry. Can’t even get it on my hand. Worst eyeliner I have ever used. Don’t waste your money.
