Small Knife Set

Christmas gift for my wife

My wife loves to cook, but would never buy these for herself. Unfortunately, the only knives I know anything about are my hunting knives so I completely relied on David's advice in selecting the small knife set. He could not have been more spot on in his descriptions and recommendations. Once she started using the Artisan Reserve knives she put her old Henckels in the drawer and they have not been touched since. It has been roughly two and a half weeks of daily use (that includes two big holiday meals) and the knives are still razor sharp. She is particularly happy (thrilled) with the petty knife. One of our sons enjoys cooking as well and during the holidays I heard he and my wife asking each other where the petty knife was, of course, the other one was using it.
