I needed this
My sleep is terrible. I've tried cheap Amazon blue blockers and they are awful. They scratch easily and then I find they only block about 35% of the blue light. These glasses make all the difference. I can watch tv until I"m ready for bed. I try to get them on about 2 hours before bed time. So far they have performed as I had hoped. I would definitely order again.

Great quality
The difference is so obvious next to my much cheaper ones that did not block as much. I’ve only used them for a few days but love them and make me feel more relaxed before bed and less stimulated.
