These really work
I was on the phone with a friend last evening, didn't have my two-week's-new Sunset glasses on because I had gotten distracted and forgot. About 30 minutes into the conversation with my friend, I remembered to put them on . . . my eyes immediately felt relief from the lighting in my room that I hadn't even really been aware of before, until I put the glasses on!!!

Noticeable Difference
There is a noticeable difference in my “winding down” process when wearing these lenses before bed. Your senses are seemingly warmer. I have noticed that I fall asleep easier after a short time of use. I recommend.
