Full sheet carrot cake
I purchased a full sheet carrot cake. It was delicious, and very popular at a retirement party. I appreciated the help loading and the guidance to store and serve at room temperature. It would be nice if the box was more rigid, or folks were warned not to put ANYTHING AT ALL on it.

We order all of our birthday cakes from CM, usually carrot cake. It's delicious and the buttercream frosting is over the top. A bit pricey, but we think it's worth it.
Also, we have eaten breakfast/brunch at CM a few dozen times over the years. We usually take our out-of-state visitors here for a unique Santa Fe experience. Everything is top quality and somewhat unique compared to other restaurants. One of the main features is the large glass window looking into the large bakery manufacturing room to watch their employees preparing large quantities of bakery products that one can buy, and I believe are sold to top restaurants in the region. My favorite bakery items are the almond croissants, followed by chocolate croissants, and lemon shortbread cookies.
In short, just go! You won't be disappointed.
