Smart Lock for Multi-Point Door

I should simply cut and paste the review by J. Peterson for a multi-point locking door...it is 100% spot on. After a lot of back and forth and working through various locksmiths that were afraid to even attempt it, it's on and working, thanks mostly to the excellent and knowledgeable customer service provided by Connect Shop. If it wasn't for them, it would still be in a box collecting dust. On the down side, the 3rd party app they utilize, Tula, is terrible. The simplistic Schlage locks have far better functionality and ease of use from an app standpoint. This is important when you are dealing with vacation rentals...not everyone is just a homeowner trying to get through their front door. Overall I am extremely happy that someone took the time to get their product to work with a massive and thick pivot door that no off the shelf unit would ever work with and establish a network of locksmiths that actually know how to install the unit in a door like that. I had 2 locksmiths come by and simply say it couldn't be done. This is NOT a DIY project on a pivot door.

3 Multipoint Door Locks - Great Experience

We recently installed multiple Slim locks for a client and everything worked out great. The locks have a nice weight to them and feel sturdy. The installation was easier than we expected with only minor drilling into the existing doors. Once we set up the basic access codes the client was easily able to program the locks to their own specifications. Customer support was great and someone was always available to answer any questions.
