I used this bumper not as intended. Needed something that floats for the pool. My retired English Black Lab liked it so so, not the reaction I expected. But it works fine. He is not a water dog, has to be able to touch the bottom. Anyway, bumper is well designed, has pocket, and a cap to place whatever material, odor, you would want to train your dog on in the bumper. My dog wanted to start chewing it up, so had to keep an eye on him, not to chew it. Top quality design for what it is intended. These bumpers would have been useful when I was working, good for open area retrieves, searches, and initial odor recognition. Got my eye on a Gunner kennel, crate next.
