The bench top stand is of good quality, and strong construction. Using the sander horizontally allows long grinds on the platen which is the main reason I bought it. The only downside was that the washers provided were too small.

The tilting stand is exactly what I needed. Its well-built and very easy to assemble and mount. I couldn’t be happier with it’s performance.
