Having learnt of the Q collar from the inventor, during a Friday Defence Industry video forum; the peer-reviewed journal studies document its effectiveness. Having worn it for a couple of weeks, both in Finland and Arizona, during everyday life, rather than competitive sports, I've noticed little difference, which may be the best testimony: its both non-invasive and non-disruptive.
