Cod Loins (Frozen)

Absolutely the best frozen cod. I will definitely be buying them again.

So long as you don’t over cook these, they’re great!

I cook frozen wrapped in parchment paper in aluminum foil with a teaspoon of butter, and garlic at 400 for 30 min… sooooo good and cooked perfectly! Squeeze of fresh lemon on a bed or root vegetables sprinkled with fresh parsley… my favorite go to meal!
