Great for Building Grip Strength!
I'll admit that I was a little concerned about the thickness of this rope when I originally got it, especially for kids, but the kids actually found this rope easier to work with than our thinner ropes, which is awesome because that means that they can stay on each rope longer, meaning that they have more time to train their grip! Definitely gonna be getting more from here!
