Smaller and more comfortable for my cat

So far, I love that it is small enough to fit in line with my cat’s collar. I always felt like even the thinnest housing for her AirTag was bulky and in her way. I think she finds it more comfortable because she doesn’t kick at her collar to rotate it anymore.

First I bought a $30 GPS locator tag on Amazon. Well, that worked - if I was within 10 feet of the cat and had a direct line of sight. TabCat is worth the extra $$$. It's long range, accurate, and the visual and audio cues are spot-on. I can actually find my cat with this thing. Great product, exactly what I needed for "Ms. Adventure", my new cat who likes to roam a little farther than my others .... no that's not her name, just her attitude :)

We got this to give us some added protection should he get out of the house. Our kitty is fearful to loud noises and people so the Tab cat came in handy to locate him. I only wish it could track farther outside than we were hoping for. My husband and took it outside and tested it. If he doesn’t take off too far and hoping he will not be afraid if we try to pick him up if he’s located.
