I wanted to comment on review MyBevi to give good review of their customer service. My mug arrived with a defect. Within the next day, I contacted their support per the instructions for return. Within the next day, they contacted me with an answer and resolution. I think it is a most important quality for a business to resolve any issues fast and appropriately. There will always be a time when some things slip through and aren't perfect so my estimation of a company is how they fix those times. MyBevi did a great job and even though my original order was delayed by a defect - they made it right with little inconvenience! Kudos to MyBevi. Great product, great customer service. Thank you.
