Dark Rose

This tea is light in flavor, but its very relaxing and the smell is so nice! The fragrance straight from the bag is sweet, and even a bit fruity which I absolutely love! Also, the color after you steep it is such a pretty pink color.

I enjoyed this even more than I anticipated. I own over 150 pounds of loose leaf tea & have several rose teas. Many rose teas are dull in flavor & have minimal aromas. That is not the case with this tea. This tea is a lively pink color once it has steeped water (remember to steep the loose leaf directly in the hot water & strain it through your strainer after it’s allotted steeping time: remember your biology lab on diffusion & osmosis). Not only is it lively in color, it also smells & tastes the way the sweetest roses smell. It is the perfect year round, everyday, afternoon tea. My husband said of all of the dozens of teas that he has tried (I used to be a barista & he’s my guinea pig) this is his favorite! That is very surprising to me because he’s not been one for floral teas in the past. I hope this company will continue to sell this for a long time.
