I have had 2 loopy cases--the second one when I got a new phone. After a couple of years of use I noticed that the loop had some cracks/openings in it. I reached out to Loopy and within a few days I had 2 new loops for my phone. Simple, no hassles-just honored their warranty. I really like this product. The loop makes it easy to carry the phone and not have to worry about dropping it. The cases are attractive and protect my phone well.
