Really loving being able to go downstairs and workout and know it's already planned out for me. I am pretty consistent in my workouts but man, this workout has really pushed me and I am loving it! I can tell I wasn't pushing myself like I should have been before (being comfortable with my regular workouts). This program is easy to follow, a great workout and I love the ease of the Facebook community for when you have questions! I am on week 3 and looking forward to finishing it out!

I have only been doing it a week and a half but showing some progress. I will say, I have modified or found alternative exercises for some that are awkward for me to perform otherwise. My dumbells are not made for hamstring curls for example! Otherwise, I'm happy I purchased this program!
