26" Kent Bayside

The fender came dented. The company said they would replace the fender but it was on back order. That was over 4 months ago. They never email me and when I inquire they just keep telling me the part is on back order. No other solution has been offered. I would not recommend this bike or this company.

It was hard for me to put together. The fender rubs the front tire, needs slight adjustment but I can’t do it. Cup holder was also to be a phone holder but it’s only a cup holder. The bike itself is beautiful and I love that it has cruiser handlebars and gears so I kind ride with the family in trails. Seats is comfy too.

Well the bike showed up late. My bad it was shipped to the wrong address. and shipped late. When i called kent. The guy i spoke to said it wasnt his problem. It had been shipped, and as far they were concerned not their problem. And the bike was bent and damaged. Needs more distance between pedal and seat, not seat to ground. Which not possible. Oh yeah the seat is like a cinder block covered in hot black plastic.
